Stencila 0.9

This release includes relatively few, but nonetheless useful, updates:

Stencils

• Adds remote call for interacting with a stencil's rendering context
• Improves generation of error messages associated with code directives
• Adds a fallback if the stencil's theme CSS can not be loaded from the hosting domain

Arrays

• Uses Dimension labels instead of integer indices for Array subscripts

Frames

• Adds some error handling to read method

...plus a few other minor changes.
