Latest version before moving to packages

This is the latest version before the system was switched to packages.

Polishing

Many bug fixes and completely new way to internally handle supported element types. Supports now plotting of tetrahedra, hexahedra and pyramids in 3-d.

Initial release

In this initial release everything are almost similar as already delivered for the students during the spring semester 2014.
