When extracting IOCs, the output is case sensitive. As a result, you can end up with duplicate hashes/domains/etc in your output.

Case is now ignored for MD5 hashes, the type of IOC where this seems to come up the most. Other types of IOCs are still case-sensitive to preserve variations based on capitalization since they can be meaningful sometimes.
