Presently, it outputs:

http://github.com/user/project/issues#issue/number

But, it should be:

The first one should redirect to the second in the case of a pull request.

You should also have an option to browse the URL.

This might be an issue with the gem. It reports that v0.2.5 is installed, but ghi --version reports v0.2.4.
