According to the readme, this project is supposedly licensed under the GPL v3. There is no license file in this project though, which (if I remember correctly), makes for an improperly licensed project which therefore, the project is not licensed under the GPL.

There's no legal requirement to include a copy of it - but its better to, in case someone doesn't know what GPL is. Thank you for the PR.
