This is a documentation-only update for the README file and does not impact the actual application. The overview now specifically states the app is for India. The full list of features is provided along with an upcoming update (notification alerts for users). Usage information is provided for users to execute a search in the app. Dependencies and guidelines for contributors are made explicit. Installation was made to include both desktop and mobile instructions. Lastly, licenses and contacts were provided.
