[Bug]: External Services (EL & CL) get filtered on Edit Node Page for Gnosis Mainnet

Bug Description

When trying to install a new service on the Edit Node Page via the drawer...

...we unnecessarily exclude External Services for both EL & CL on the GNOSIS MAINNET.

We should make sure, that external services are also available on Gnosis for selection
