Lighthouse: Setting the settings in beacon.env already works:

ETH1_NODE=http://geth:8545,https://goerli.infura.io/v3/xyz

Nimbus: Works with setting multiple --web3-url=

Teku: using this works, but it's not released yet (only available in develop version):

eth1-endpoints: ["http://geth:8545","https://goerli.infura.io/v3/xyz"]
