Fixups for remaining '%d', '%s' and '%x' in translations

On Github, this needs to be auto-linked to from wesnoth#4436. I'm checking the
most-translated languages first, and stopped when I reached languages
where these strings are still fuzzy.

Issue for the Turkish translators:
