Cannot upload OPML from Android #3

OPML uploads from android are triggering the image upload dialog. Even selecting the opml/xml file does not work.

I found uploading from a OneDrive folder results in an error. Uploading the same file locally does not work.

Handle empty file type

Found when trying to upload OPML from Podcast Guru in Chrome on Android. Same file doesn't need this with Chrome on Windows.

It seems the image upload is just what Android shows as an option when it is a non-image or video accepted file type.

Also found issues parsing XML with un-escapped characters. See #4
