Volume provision and deployment for Hetzner Cloud Volumes
This was tested on a Rancher 2.0 Kubernetes Cluster and most likely needs changes for other cluster. Please let me know if you tested this and it worked or why it doesn't works for you.
Install the provisioner and driver. Detailed informations can be found in their respecive cmd directories.
