This is a TEST PREVIEW version of the Social Stream standalone application.

The standalone app is not yet fully completed, lacks features, and will contain bugs. If you are not okay with that, please consider using the browser extension version instead.

In this version:

  • TikTok Websocket API support is working now. The transferred chat data includes a field called "meta", which contains extra information, such as user ID, if you want that at a development level

  • If you're in the UK / EU, there was a problem auto-opening the Youtube chat page based on username due to a cookie / GDPR prompt page. I'm bypassing that in this version, by having the app essentially submit content on your behalf. If you're not okay with that, enter the Youtube Chat pop up link into Social Stream instead of your username.
