activate and deactivate execute file operations. While activate is more guarded (through mem-fs-editor, deactivate uses Node's file API because of a bug in the way mem-fs-editor displays remove operations.

To unify the behavior and provide transparency to the user, both subgens should prompt the user with a yesno.

Additionally we should support a --yes flag that skips the prompt.
