Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Recognized but nothing changes

I'm using a Deathadder V2 Pro and when I change the DPI, the speed of my cursor doesn't change. The colour of the lighting doesn't change either, but the brightness does.

Is this a known issue or?

Not that I'm aware of, don't have the V2 pro am using v2 mini it works for me, I can take a look.

Same problem with the normal Deathadder V2 :(
