Also, remove the dots at the end of descriptions — they make help messages uglier

Что-то я затянул с этими изменениями. Решил причесать и пушнуть как есть, иначе забью и оно никогда не увидит света дня.
Справку в simplified не трогал и не собираюсь, ибо не пользуюсь и мне не интересно.
Игнорирование
--apiуupdateсделано хардкодом, потому что очень лень добавлять в туплы опций ещё один флаг. Надеюсь, подобных опций больше не будет, и боги простят меня.
