Installation:
=============
* Make sure you have nant installed
* build Mailgun.dll

> cd mailgun.cs
> nant
> ls
Mailgun.dll

Samples tryout:
===================
> nant run_sample -D:sample=MailboxSample
> nant run_sample -D:sample=RouteSample
> nant run_sample -D:sample=SendingSample

Running on Mono:
================
After the initial Mono installation you’ll have no trusted roots certificates pre-installed.
In case if accessing mailgun via SSH you need to issue the following command:

> mozroots --import --sync

Otherwise, you'll get the following error when connecting via SSH:
Error getting response stream (Write: The authentication or decryption has failed.): SendFailure
