This error occurred when deploying release 20231013 to the public Maven repo, and resulted in the Module Info changes being reverted. See this wiki page for the release instructions. This issue should be fixed before #761 can be merged.

Can you add a link to the build/action history that failed for the release? I'm having trouble finding it

@johnjaylward Not sure what you mean - All of the deployment operations are performed locally on my PC, for example there are no GitHub actions involved. If you want a full log of the mvn clean deploy command which caused the error, I can upload that.

That would be helpful. If you can also post your java -version that may help too
