Description

We are going through a DevOps transition and we need great people to help us in this mission.

Our challenge is to scale Stone's technology infrastructure by adopting DevOps practices and culture, to achieve off the charts results and support our exponential growth. This initiative has the goal of continuously evolving Stone's IT, in both technical and cultural terms. We are allocating professionals with infrastructure expertise inside developer teams and also enabling those teams with self-service platforms, giving them more autonomy and increasing both speed and quality of their deliveries.

And what are we looking for?

Must haves:

• Lots and lots of energy, integrity and intelligence;

• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);

• Continuous Delivery knowledge;

• Familiarity with agile methods inside a DevOps culture;

• Being self-taught and curious;

• Willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams;

• Eagerness to share knowledge;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Advanced handling of the English language.

What will pump up your chances:

• Solid knowledge about operational systems and/or virtualization and/or networks and/or storage;

• Solid coding skills;

• Continuous Integration knowledge and experience;

• Previous experience in Agile and DevOps transformations.
