实际上是敝校规定含糊，本科生院要求顺序编码制，研究生院甚至没有统一成文规定。我那边一开始默认载入 虽然情况不太一样，但最终是把这个小进展反馈过来了，不知 stone-zeng 大大会怎么处理这条 PR… |

由于
biblatex宏包是在在导言区后载入的，为了保持使用体验同普通载入方式一致，特别定义了一个可以在导言区使用的\addbibresource命令。另：新年快乐！顺手推进了一下版权日期。
