按照 #235 中的想法完成了封面内部实现机制的重构。这里使用了页面元素、页面整体的两层抽象，对应原本的页面内嵌页面元素循环。各种格式都是原样抄来的，所以在我本机上测试没有看出与之前的样式差别。

带来的最大好处应该是维护难度降低了，增补元素、添加页面时直接修改对应的实例即可。

另：如果不是原本模板中定义了上下边距和行距，我本来只想做页面元素这一层抽象的……不得不说框架真的很好。
