This pull adds the masternodes manager screen.
Extensive code documentation is provided within this pull and solid react design patterns such as render props providers are employed to keep code much more easier to maintain and reuse. Examples of such render props pattern usage may be found in the
<ToggleProvider />component that can be used to maintain multiple separate toggle-able states within a single component.
