Improve handling of formats not supported by Blivet #221

Blivet uses DeviceFormat class for both devices without a format and for unknown/unsupported formats but for these it sets the name property to value from UDev so we should show it for these devices in the partition list.
The device might contain a format unsupported by Blivet so the type would be None and one extra wipefs call shouldn't be a problem.
