These options were added in util-linux 2.33 which is not available
on older systems so we should not use these.

Btw. we are not alone, anaconda has the same problem: rhinstaller/anaconda#2701

Would be nice if core tooling like util-linux were kept at the same version across major RHEL versions to the extent that is possible.
