The tool will now 1) perform an upgrade for all NODE_IMAGE's which end in node:x.y.z, where x.y.z < 1.4.0 2) not perform an upgrade for all other NODE_IMAGES's. The tool always exits with a successful exit code (0), unless there is an error during the upgrade.
