Addon-docs: Automatically identify framework

Add a method to core to identify the framework associated with a story / kind. This will be useful for multi-framework support #3889 and potentially other addons as well.

In Addon-docs, we should use this to select smart default values for "inline" prop table extraction to make the addon zero-config (and future-compatible with multi-framework).
