Dependency: Bump es-module-lexer

What I did

I have updated the es-module-lexer dependency and adjusted the vite named-export plugin. I have also verified in a vite project whether the __namedExportsOrder export is generated correctly.

I am streamlining the version of es-module-lexer so that there will be no issues later with the portable kitchen sink sandboxes, which are symlinking Storybook mono repo dependencies.
