maintenance: remove no-manager-cache flag in example storybook

Description

This PR removes --no-manager-cache flag from yarn start command.

Background

The following error occurred when I ran yarn start.

warning From Yarn 1.0 onwards, scripts don't require "--" for options to be forwarded. In a future version, any explicit "--" will be forwarded as-is to the scripts.

The --no-manager-cache option is not found.

This option has been removed in this issue: storybookjs/storybook#20884
I have not been able to find a direct reason why it was removed, but this comment storybookjs/storybook#19027 (comment) indicates that it is no longer cached from v7.
