Both -c and --config-dir options can be used to specify path to configuration folder where config.js and webpack.config.js are located.

This PR is a reaction to #29
I have added new CLI parameter
-c ( --config-dir )
which allows you to specify the path to Storybook directory with config files,
So we won't be fixed to .storybook directory
Docs updated as well.
