Here are the changes I made:

• Replaced the custom note list components with the Accordion component from the @strapi/design-system package.
• Changed the import mechanisms to be able to use develop --watch-admin without errors
• Added logic to return and display the date of creation and the date of update along with the user for each note

Unfortunately while I do like the concept of this enhancement it results in the view being squished which degrades the user experience (see sample below). Due to this I will be rejecting the PR.
