Slugify with count does not count per locale

Currently the slugifyWithCount option counts based on all locales, even when the slug field is set to internationalization.

Ideally you would want to count per locale.

The checking must be done on local level not on global level
also i found that
enabling this plugin removes the internalisation in content types
not sure whether it for me only
