Adding zh-Hans-HK locale does not work

Adding zh-Hans-HK does not work

I am adding locales to my Strapi, and cannot add zh-Hans-HK.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to 'Settings > Internationalization'
2. Click on 'Add a locale'
3. Scroll down to 'Select zh-Hans-HK'
4. Click 'Add locale'
5. See the 'Add locale' button turn grey and nothing has been added

Expected behavior

When I click 'Add local', I expect the locale to be added to my list

System

• Node.js version: 16.16.1
• NPM version: 7.20.5
• Strapi version: 3.6.5
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Operating system: Win 10

Additional context

Selecting zh-Hant-HK will turn the 'Add locale' button grey immediately before you try to click it. After that the button will remain grey when choosing other locales.
