Cannot switch pages in the Settings > ADMINISTRATION PANEL > Users

If I go to Settings, then ADMINISTRATION PANEL, Users and go the the bottom of the panel and click the right arrow to switch the page of users, it does nothing. Luckily, I can set the Entries per page and I have less than 50 users there. So, I can see all of them. But, clearly, something is wrong here.

• Database: PostgreSQL
• Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
• Is your project Javascript or Typescript: JS
• Browser: Chrome (120.0.6099.129 (Official Build) (arm64))

It looks like the arrow was removed in one of the Strapi versions released after 4.16.2. Right now, I'm trying version 4.20.1, and it doesn't have that arrow anymore.

@derrickmehaffy Can you confirm that this issue is solved, in the sense that you purposely decided to remove the arrow because of this bug?

Anyway, I can't upgrade to a version newer than 4.16.2 because of this bug #19532

Can you please create a fresh project that you are able to reproduce the issue in, provide clear steps to reproduce this issue, and either upload this fresh project to a new GitHub repo or compress it into a .zip and upload it on this issue?
