[Improvement] Wording : document vs entry -> We don’t use the right wording in the alerts

We don’t use the right wording in the alerts. It’s not urgent, but the main issue is that we use the word “document” everywhere instead of using "entry". @lucasboilly can you confirm this one ?

• Unpublish
• Save
• Discard changes
• Delete locale
• Delete document
