[CTB] Collection names are not real-time updated when you change them

Node.js version: 20.9.0
Strapi version: 5.0.0-beta.13
Operating system: Windows WSL and OS

Describe the bug

If you try to change a Collection name, the updated one is not reflected on the Title (only on the sidebar menu). You have to refresh to see the applied changes.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to CTB
2. Update the name of a CT
3. See the name is not immediately updated (it is on the side bar only)
4. Refresh : name is updated

Expected behavior

Updates should be displayed without having to refresh.

hey, im trying to fix this bug. This is my first time contributing to open source. I am not able to find where the names of these content type builder are located... i went through the docs which explain the folder structure, but im unable to find anything regarding the bug or where is it occuring... could someone help me out here just by showing WHERE this is happening?
