As I discussed on https://github.com/strapi/strapi/discussions/7359 and @lauriejim asked, I'm posting here as well.

It looks that we don't have any mutations to edit UploadFile informations like alternativeText and other stuff.

We can do it via Rest API but not via GraphQL. It would really great that we could do it in the same way using GraphQL.
