Support for Bootstrap (currently version 2.x but eventually 3.x). Basic edit and delete functionality as well as the ability to upload photos only to parallel-flickr (rather than simply cloning stuff from Flickr).

Completion dates should be taken with a healthy grain of salt. This remains a mornings-and-weekends project.
