Similar to the Twitch mobile app. Otherwise trying to find streams takes an unnecessary amount of time if you have a lot of games in your favorites. At least as an option maybe.

I'm sorry, but there's no viewer/channel count data included when requesting the followed games, so this can't be done. #109 (comment)
Just follow the channels instead...

Implement live and all followed games
8c7d3ff 
- Merge Game and GamesFollowed models and inherit from Game
- Create GamesLiveFollowed model and inherit from GamesTop
- Set query parameters to UserFollowedGamesRoute
- Add UserFollowedGamesController and add quickbar toggle button
