Got [Errno 22] Failed to open output by the code i successfully excuted last time

I am user who is using python 3.9.2 and trying to execute streamlink using subprocess.call
["streamlink", "--twitch-disable-hosting", "--twitch-disable-ads", "twitch.tv/" + self.username, 'best', "-o", recorded_filename]
these were arguments i put in
There was no file with same directory
but i got

The last time I turned on the program, the title of the file was made up of pure English characters, so I think that was the problem.
could it be the problem?
