Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having chosen to use YAML for config files of all tools where possible, the cspell.yml stands out amongst other tools because it's name is not prefixed with a dot. The dot prefix is currently only available for .cspell.json.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support .cspell.yml and .cspell.yaml

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the --config flag.

@robatwilliams,

Have you considered using .config/cspell.yml? I know it isn't what you are asking for, but it might work for you.

It'd be great if all tools supported the subfolder so I could avoid cluttering up my project root. However I'm not keen on having a mix with some in root and some in a subfolder.
