Could not initiate multi-part upload

Exported Evernote notebook with 69 notes to .enex then repacked it to .zip https://importer.notesnook.com/
After that tried to import via web and via app (Win 10, latest version) - got messages Unable to resolve attachment upload URL and Could not initiate multi-part upload. Request failed with status code 403.
I was waiting several months after moving to 2rd version to finally transfer all my notes from Evernote - and now this.
