The global search feature (I'm not sure what it's called, sorry) doesn't seem to be working. Search results won't show the notes in which I used certain keywords.

Hi, I sincerely apologize for not being clear enough. I was referring to
keywords that are in my notes. Whenever I used to open a topic under
notebooks and try to search for a certain keyword, I think I remember
(unless I'm wrong) that it used to show me which notes had the keyword that
I was looking for. For instance, if I try to search for the word "tree", I
thought that the search results would show me which of my note(s) had the
word "tree" included inside the actual note/text. Thank you so much.
