Can't access Trash folder : zoho mail

Hi, I'm using notesnook premium app on android Samsung A52 one ui 6. I can't access Trash folder. I attach log report.
Can you help me solving it?

I have exactly the same problem with the Windows app and the iOS app. The problem occurred after I deleted around 100 notes.
