Good afternoon, after installing the program on my computer after several weeks I installed it on my cell phone and I lost all the notes written from the computer and it does not allow both devices to synchronize.

Hi, do you still have all the notes on your computer? Do you see any errors when running sync from your computer? Have you logged in to the same account on your mobile as you have on your phone?
