Did you change these shortcuts?

Prior to the latest version update, I could hit dash three times for a horizontal line, and a single dash + space bar to start a bullet list. Are these gone forever? Or is there a setting where I can turn these back on?

I cannot reproduce this on my end. You must have disabled Markdown Shortcuts from Settings > Editor which turns off all these shortcuts.
