While in the context of an individual note, CMD / CTRL + F opens up the global search for all notes, as well as the individual in-note search.

If I'm in the context of the note or the notes list, I only ever need one search to appear at one time. Either I'm searching within a note, or I'm searching all notes--not both at the same time.

This appears to be a regression in v2.0+
