hw acceleration on linux with vdpau causing a green screen #13

when hwdec on mpv is set to yes, hardware accelerated videos just play to a green screen

with a normal mpv it works properly; it's prob related to the fact we're trying to put it in qt

when we use the system mpv, this works

so it's not an issue of our shell, it's an issue of the set-up (libmpv inside appimage)
