This is a Google Extension that will create an iCal file whenever you create a new single Leave request in WorkDay. You can then add this event to your Outlook Calendars.
On the "Request Absence" page, add the approriate start and end time for your abence. Once you click "Submit" an .ics file will be downloaded for you to add the event to your Outlook calendar.
