Built-in Android browser does not allow deleting the leading zero in the expiration month

• Use the stock Android browser (non-Chrome)
• Visit: http://jsfiddle.net/swRHL/8/
• Type a '3' in the input. http://cl.ly/image/0x2M1u392G1t
• Type backspace once. It should remove the separator and the '3'. http://cl.ly/image/2d3R0a0F103u
• Type backspace again. Nothing happens, the leading zero is not removed.
• Tap the input field OR type any non-digit, non-slash character (e.g. a "."). Then type backspace. The leading zero is removed.

This can be fixed by wrapping the $target.val statements in formatBackExpiry in a setTimeout(..., 0). I'm not sure if that'll introduce other browser compat issues though...
