Oops, sorry I didn't think you'd be checking this today so i also just added a file for the code of conduct, copying the content of the one we have on stripe-dotnet. Let me know if that's ok! @cjavilla-stripe |

Related to #45, I worked on adding a CONTRIBUTING.md file, inspired by what I found on the react-stripe-js repo.
