This is a breaking change. Implement `PaymentSessionConfig.shippingInformationValidator` and `PaymentSessionConfig.shippingMethodsFactory` to replace logic previously handled via broadcast. The default implementation of `ShippingInformationValidator` will treat all `ShippingInformation` instances as valid. See migration guide for more info.
